George Patrick Nicholson

George was born in 1779 in Mecklenburg Co, NC. George's father was Joseph Nicholson and his mother was Lillis McAdoo Jack. His paternal grandparents were Cuthbert Nicholson and Jennet Candor; his maternal grandparents were Patrick Jack and Lillis McAdoo. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, Joseph, James, Samuel and Charity. He was the fourth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 21 in 1800 in Greene Co., GA. His burial was in Greensboro, Greene Co, GA.
