Charlemagne, known as Charles the Great, was born on April 2nd, 0742 in Aix La Chapelle, Austrasia and his baptism took place in St. Denis, France.  He died at the age of 71 on January 28th, 0814 in Aix La Chapelle, Austrasia.  His burial was in Notre Dame D'Aix La Chapelle, Austrasia.
