Maud was born about 1335 in Warkworth Castle, Alnwick, Northumberland, England.  Maud's father was Henry de Percy and her mother was Idonea de Clifford.  She was an only child.  She died on February 18th, 1378.  Her burial was in Cathedral, Durham, Durham, England.
