Thomas was born on May 31st, 1750 in Amelia, VA.  Thomas' father was Samuel Parks and his mother was Mary ?.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 81 on December 27th, 1831 in Woodruff, Spartanburg, SC.  His burial was in 1831 in Gray Court, SC.
