  • Kelly Jennings [2nd husband] was named as guardian of the minor children of Mary and John Brockman since 24 Nov 1758. In 1759, Mary's son, Samuel B. Brockman, was named guardian in place of Kelly Jennings in Goochland co., VA . 2. Kelly Jennings left a will in Goochland co., VA dated 7 Jun 1770 it was probated 15 Feb 1773. Brockman on 18 Apr 1999 Samuel Brockman and Mary Collins I.   After talking with Don Page this weekend, and reviewing the heirs of Joseph Collins, Sr., of Virginia, I have again concluded as the late Kenneth and Mary Brockman of Greenway told me 30 years ago that the wife of the first Samuel Brockman in America, son of the immigrant Henry Brockman, was Mary Collins, a niece of the Mary Collins who was married to her father-in-law, John Brockman.
