Flora Belle Ryals

Flora was born on December 31st, 1909 in FL. Flora's father was Jessie Hyram Ryals and her mother was Isabelle Scarborough. Her paternal grandparents were Aaron Ryals and Ann E. Ashley; her maternal grandparents were W. J. Welsh and Flora Scarborough. She was an only child. She died at the age of 74 on July 17th, 1984 in Inverness, Citrus, FL.
