Thomas was born in 1443 in Norfolk, England.  Thomas' father was John I Howard Duke Of Norfolk and his mother was Catherine De Moleyns.  His maternal grandparents were William De Moleyns and Margery Walesborough.  He had a half-sister named Catherine.  He died at the age of 81 on May 21st, 1524 in Framlingham Castle, Norfolk, England.  His burial was in Thetford Abbey, Norfolk, England.
