Roger was born in 1022.  Roger's father was Roger De Montgomery.  His paternal grandparents were Hugues De Montgomery and Josceline De Pontaudemer.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 72 on July 27th, 1094 in Shrewsbury, England.  His burial was in Abbey Of St. Peter, Shrewsbury.
