Pierre was born about 1657 in Batiscan, Champlain, Quebec, Canada.  Pierre's father was Pierre Rocher and his mother was Francoise Boucher.  He was an only child.  He died on November 7th, 1743 in St-Antoine-de-Padoue, Baie-du-Febvre, Yamaska, Quebec, Canada.
