Pierre Pichet

Pierre was born in 1636. Pierre's father was Pierre Pichet and his mother was Anne Pinet. He was an only child. He died at the age of 77 on October 30th, 1713 in Repentigny, PQ.

- Three months after his arrival in Quebec, he learned from his brother, Louis, that his wife had died. Pierre remarried on Nov 25 1665 in Quebec City to Catherine Duran. In 1671, he learned that his first wife was still living, and he returned to France to look for her. His first wife died on the return trip to Quebec. Pierre Pichet's marriage to Catherine Durand is rehabilitated on Sept 9 1673. source: PRDH and Rene Jette.
