Mathieu Le was born in 1580 in Caen, Lisieux, Nomandie, France.  Mathieu Le's father was Jean Le Neuf and his mother was Marguerite Le Gardeur.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 42 on November 24th, 1622 in Caen, Lisieux, Nomandie, France.
