Francois was born about 1590 in St Vincent, Rouen, Normandie, France.  Francois' father was Thomas Marguerie and his mother was Marie Houllevicque.  He was an only child.  He died on October 26th, 1645 in St Vincent, Rouen, Normandie, France.
