Hilaire was born in 1633 in Poitiers, Poitou, France.  Hilaire's father was Pierre Limousin and his mother was Isabelle Fradin.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 75 on May 14th, 1708 in Champlain, Champlain, Quebec, Canada.
