Charles was born in 1625 in Charney, Devreux, Normandie, France.  Charles' father was Francois Lefebvre and his mother was Marguerite Vincent.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 44 on September 28th, 1669 in Chanu, Evreux, Normandie, France.
