Jean was born in 1655 in St Sulpice, Paris, France.  Jean's father was Jean Haudecoeur and his mother was Marie Boursier (Bourbier).  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 35 on March 27th, 1690 in Boucherville, Chambly, Quebec, Canada.
