Marie was born in 1651 in Rouen, Aunis, Normandy, France. Marie's father was Michel Grandin and her mother was Marie Lejeune.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 57 on October 31st, 1708 in Hotel Dieu, Montreal, PQ.
