Pierre was born in 1621 in Sedan, France.  Pierre's father was Germain Doucet.  He had a sister named Marguerite.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 92 in June 1713.  His burial was on June 2nd, 1713 in Port Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia.
