Marie was born in 1658 in Trois Rivieres, St Maurice, Quebec, Canada.  Marie's father was Jean Cusson and her mother was Marie Foubert.  Her paternal grandparents were Jean Cusson and Jacqueline Pepin; her maternal grandparents were Philippe Foubert and Jeffine Riviere.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 74 on September 5th, 1732 in Verchères, Verchères, Quebec, Canada.
