Jean-Claude was born in 1657 in Port Royal, Acadia, Nova Scotia, Canada.  Jean-Claude's father was Pierre Comeau and his mother was Marie Rose Bajolet (dit Bayols).  His paternal grandparents were Jean Comeau and Marguerite Ocquidem.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 63 on November 13th, 1720 in Port Royal, Acadia, Nova Scotia, Canada.
