To preview the appearance of a printed Web page:

 

You can click Print Preview to see how a printed Web page will look.

 

 

  1. On the File menu, click Print Preview.
  2. Choose from the following commands:
Click this To do this
Print Set printing options and print the page.
Page Setup Change paper, headers and footers, orientation, and margins for this page.
Next Page Display the next page to be printed.
Previous Page Display the previous page to be printed.
Two Page Setup print format to print two pages on one side of one sheet of paper.
Zoom In Increase the magnification.
Zoom Out Decrease the magnification.
Close Close the Print Preview window.
