Edward was born in 1666 in Surry County, Va.  Edward's father was William Scarborough and his mother was Ami Naomi Davis.  His paternal grandfather was Samuel Scarborough and his paternal grandmother is Jane ?.  He was an only child.  He died in Surry County, Va.
